Suggest Treatment For Persistent Blocked Ear

Hello, I used waxol in my ear last night because I've been told my ear is 80percent blocked by wax, however I woke up this morning with my ear feeling really blocked, whereas before it didn't feel blocked or give me any problems even though it is full of wax. Is it normal to feel blocked like this after using waxol?
