Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cellulitis

I h ad cellulitis about 3 weeks ago, took pills for 14 days and it has improved alot but I still have some swelling and pain. The redness is mostly gone but there is still some, I have to get some injections in my back next is that safe to do. thanks

hiii.to treat cellulitis,iv antibiotics are required.the area having cellulitis should be elevated.tab serratiopeptidase thrice daily for 5 days should be taken.kindly check blood sugar to rule out diabetes.thank you.
