Suggest Treatment For Persistent Fever And Diarrhea

My granddaughter has had 100 degree fever for 5 days, had diarrhea -since stopped and has not had a bowel movement in 2 days, won t eat, cries a lot, sleeps little. My daughter says they just keep shoving meds for her but nothing has worked. What should she be looking for or watching? I don t think the baby should have all this for so long. She just turn 1 a few days ago. Thank you Teresa Update--Meds were just amoxicillin, baby Tylenol and ibuprofen
