Suggest Treatment For Persistent Glue Ear

Hi! My son is 4 and has recurrent/persistent glue ear despite grommet insertion in oct 2013, as well as anaemia (had 6/12 of iron supplement therapy last year), and low igM levels. Is there anything you know of that would be connecting these? Signs and symptoms also include fatigue, pale in pallor with dark rings under eyes, piles/haemmaroids , pica (hair), poor self modulation, poor listening and story seeking behaviour (seems linked to glue ear), possible hemihypertrophy (mild), hyper mobility of knees..
