Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache

my wife was suffering hedeache for last 13 yrs, so i have consulting 2 neurolgist, 1st dr. told this is micration hedechase, he given some tablets first doctor (take treatment 4 months) topaz - 25mg sibelium - 5mg daily 1tab next month add this tab extra betacap plus 5mg 1 2nd doctor ( 1 month complete , today start 2nd month) stoped sibelium and betacap plus topaz 50mg continued daily 3 tab extra add tripormer daily 1 tab 1 st dr. treatment have not solve my hedeche problem, so consult 2nd doctor, my hedech is controlled , some time is coming hedeche, but my eye power is reduce, i have consulting optologist, after consulting i wear glass, dr told me u will check up eye prssure every 3month only, i am totally confusion, pls advice me this medcines continue or not continue.

Anyway I don't think you have reason too worry too much as she has begun to be better
In my opinion she should continue daily treatment (such as Depachine or topamax or amitryptilin or propanolol) and pain killer when she will have headaches
