Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache

I have a bad continous headachr that has lasted for a week, my head hurts when I bend down and when I move my jaw a certain way it hurts as if pressure is applied to the side of my head. I had a sore throat and took medication every 8 hours for 2.5 days and now im stuck with a continuous headache. Could it be that I showered while I was sick? My mom says its Sinusitis because I showered with a sore throat but I honestly dont know...

welcome to hcm,
there are many causes for headache. some of them include, hypertension, visual disturbances, meningitis, and rarely tumor in the brain.
yours is most likely to be sinusitis. as you had an infection in the throat recently.
but to confirm i want you to get evaluated by your physician.
if it is due to sinusitis you may require
antibiotics for treating the infection along with decongestants and antihisamines
with regards
