Greetings Sir/Madam. For the fever the medicine taken so far is correct but inadequate. But what make the Fever little complicated is what you described as "Boils all over the body with constipation". Since Fever has been for more than 2 days duration and not yet been settled in spite of your so called "SELF" medication, it's advisable to see your Family doctor/ nearby General Physician at the earliest possible, who examine you and order for necessary investigation and treat accordingly. & finally It's impossible to find a cause without seeing a patient and provide a Treatment.
