Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to your symptoms, you need consultation with gynecologist. By clinical examination and ultrasound the possible cause of your problem can be found out. According to your symptoms, the possibilities are hormonal imbalance, local causes like adenomyosis, fibroids etc. Antifibrinolytic drugs like Tranexamic acid can help in decreasing the bleeding, but better to take only after consulting your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
