Suggest Treatment For Persistent Nose Congestion

Hallo Sir, since August my nose is always blocked on one side but blocked nostril change during the day. I am suffering from laryngitis and sinus every 4 weeks. I using a lot of nose sprays which I have been given by my GP but last week I have severe nose bleeding for first time in my life, so I stopped to use any sprays as it start to worry me a lot. Please any idea what it could be.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

From the it looks like sinus infection only.
Taking nasal decongestant alone is not sufficient and you need to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated.
A sinus x ray can be done for confirmation.
A course of antibiotics can help in improvement aling with saline nasal irrigation and steam inhalations..
Use a humidifier in your room.
In case if there is no improvement then Endoscopic sinus surgery can be advised..
