Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain And Swelling At The Ear Piercings Site

Hi I m suffering from ear precing pain I just got my first precing at the age of 12 my ears wass good and had not a single problem .at the age of 21 I got another precing on uper eat but it get effected and it hurt so much because of 2nd precing even my first precing start getting bad it swallow and get got red and start bleeding whenever I wear anything I closed my 2nd precing but still my 1 precing is hurting so much it got reddish and a small lump on my left ear precing pls help me please after 6 months I m getting married I can t wear anything on my ears.
