Suggest Treatment For Persistent Red Rashes On Penile Head
Hi have a red rash on penis head . I got prescribed hydrocortisone and it clears up after a week but then comes back a couple of weeks later.. I have been to the clinic and tested. They said it doesn t look like thrush and provided me with that cream which clears it. The doctor always say thrush and no thrush cream works . Any ideas what it could be? Maybe eczema or psoriasis?
If it's not related to STI it can be due to Acne, Fordyce spots - which develop when skin's pores are clogged with natural oil, called sebum, sweat, dead skin, it can also cause infection.
Pearly penile papules - small, fleshy bumps that usually develop in gland penis in rows around the head of the penis.
Balanitis, Lichen planus - Ingrown hair which is painful can leads to infection, needs medical management.
Rough Masturbation/Sex.
Bullous Impetigo- bacterial infection due to bad hygiene or use of public pools, towels yeast/fungus - application of antifungal will help you Pemphigus – its autoimmune disease can be diagnosed by Blood investigation.
