Hello, Since the time you took depo shots you have been bleeding for over three weeks, it is normal side effects to bleed for several months when on depo shots. In case you are very uncomfortable with it or have additional medical conditions developing like anemia, anxiety, stress or weakness, etc., then report your symptoms to a health care provider, you may need to stop taking it. Get CBC done to check Hb%. Take adequate water and electrolytes to supplement loss of water due to diarrhea. Make sure your vitals are normal, take food in time, do not skip meals. Stay at rest do not stress to get rid of anxiety and headaches. Headaches occur due to dehydration, hypoglycemia and anemia. Take homemade balanced diet rich in minerals and protein. Take care.
