Suggest Treatment For Piece Of Food Stuck In Throat

Today I was eating an apple and a piece of skin got caught in my throat. I went to urgent care and they gave me xrays to see if y throat was okay and they said it was fine. They also gave me xanax to get my throat to relax and help with my anxiety. I have beend drinking plenty of fluid and it still won't go down. I try to cough it up and nothing happens. Help!
