Understanding your concern. As per your query pigmentation in legs which is because of increased sensitivity of getting pigmented. Due to increased sun exposure and increased sensitivity body is absorbing UV rays of sun and getting pigmented. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cream rich in Azelaic acid or Kojic acid and apply on daily basis. It will lighten skin. Use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30. Apply antibacterial ointment as well. Apply aloe vera gel it will resolve. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil to lighten the pigments. You can visit dermatologist once if your symptoms not resolving and get complete examination done. Start oral antibiotic course after proper prescription. Take supplements rich in vitamin C.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
