iam suffering from pigmentation(like scar) around upperlip on both corners i have used severl lightening creams but result is there after i stop using it comes back...so plz suggest me wat i should do how long i should use it? to clear that blackness around mouth to see my face as even skin tone overall...

Please get yourself evaluated for Iron deficiency anaemia which is a condition with below normal value of haemoglobin in your blood due to Iron deficiency. Also rule out any parasitic infestation in your gut. Secondly you can use any sunscreen formula with SPF 50 for facial application to reduce tanning.
