Suggest Treatment For Piles And Rectal Bleeding

i m suffering from piles last one month after taking some ayurvedic medicine i got releif from pain, hitching and bleeding but after going motion a piles come out alongwith motion and it take time 30 min after putting Pilex ointment. i would like to know it will cure totally or it wil give only releif like this for ever

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist. Application of this ointment will cause only temporary relief. However if you avoid constipation and straining by taking lots of fibres and fluids in your diet. Then it may be cured also. Otherwise treatment of choice will be hemorrhoidectomy.
