Suggest Treatment For Piles
Hi I have piles which are large when I strain and it feels like my insides are coming out my back passage. I sometimes get blood on the tissue and a thick clear gel. Ive tried useing anusol cream but theyr still there. Could it just be a bad case of piles or something more serious?

If this is the confirmed case of hemorrhoid, then it has to be managed surgically, it all depends upon the severity of the disease.
Sometime, mild type of symptoms comes around with a conservative way of treatment, like fiber containing diet, drinking more water, even stool softener can be tried, but moderate to the severe case can only be cured with surgery.
