Suggest Treatment For Piles.
I suffer from piles and have for a long time...i went to the toilet and when passing the stool normal but a bit dry i felt like a sharp twinge and then noticed red blood in the water and tissue....it is 4 hours later i still have a bit of bleeding when i wipe there....i do a lot of weights so wondering if that aggravates if you suffer rom piles..Please advise....thank you

-Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone
- use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath.
