Suggest Treatment For Pimple Filled With Yellow Colored Pus On Skin

Hi, My name is Mohd Abbas and my query is on the most famous topic acne and scars. I have this issue since almost more than 10yrs, earlier i used to have only pimples but after sometimes it becomes more than pimple also it was containing some yellow coloured liquid in it. I went to so many skin doctors and homeopathy for the consult but nothing work now-a-days i have pimple on my face, back shoulder, along with scars and because of this i cannot apply for cabin crew job as it is too much visible. Please help me in this.

Hi,

I can understand your concern for acne. You may be knowing that acne is a recurring disease. So, have treatment for long time with patience. It may be precipitated or exacerbated by many factors. There may be genetic influence. You have to reduce anxiety related to acne. Have positive attitude. Few episodes of acne lesions may be there even during treatment. You may be having acne pustulosa. You may be having poor immunity. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. And have investigations to find out other internal diseases.You may continue treatment for few months. After clearance of acne lesions, treatment of scars may be considered.

I would like to suggest following line of treatment for acne....

- antibiotics like minocycline or azithromycine in proper dose
- isotretinoin in low dose
- clindamycine or benzoyl peroxide gel
- cleansing the face with antiseptic facewash

Have patience for the good result.
