I've had a pink/flesh color pimple on the upper, inner part of my thigh for months now. I've sqeezed it a few times, only clear, white stuff comes out. My thighs rub, and the pimple mark is only on one side of my thigh not the other. Yesterday it felt irratated and red, i looked at it when I got home and it was red/purple, with a white dot in the middle. was able to squeeze it, and puss came out, it's very painful..and I'm not sure what it is.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on pimple on thighs with pus which occur because skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it is due to abundance of sebaceous glands in these areas. Need not to worry. Maintain complete hygiene of that area. I would suggest you to wash these areas daily with cold water and body wash containing salycylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelaic acid which is good for pimples. Take diet rich in multivitamins. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
