Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples and scars on the back which seems to be due to hair follicle infection leading to folliculitis. It could be due to clogging of sebaceous glands by bacteria, debris and sebum as excessive glands are there. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cream containing azelaic acid. You should keep the area clean and maintain proper hygiene and wash it properly with cold water and apply topical antibacterial cream 0.2% mupirocin. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Take oral antibiotics as well. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You can go for laser therapy as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
