Hi. As per your case history of pimples (acne) My treatment advice is- 1. Don't use betnovate-c cream - it is steroid cream which will worsen your condition. Don't use stillman cream - it is a bleaching cream which will give only temporary relief. 2. Instead take general measures - avoid sun-exposure, avoid fast-foods, never squeeze a pimple. 3. Use a good deep cleansing face-wash like Acwash and apply clindamycin gel like Glocin gel twice daily. 4. Other treatment options include oral doxycycline, azithromycin , retinoids taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
