Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

You suffer from acne vulgaris. You may take tablets of azithromycin thrice a week for a few months, which is safe. And you may also take isotretinoin in low dose.

And apply clindamycin gel on lesions in the morning and adapalene gel at night. Have face wash like acid for cleansing the face. Do not prick the lesions. Avoid stress and anxiety. Avoid oily food. And have the patience for the good result. You may get good results after a few months.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel
