Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Face

Hi i am mahim.m having pimples on m face since 3 or 4 years .now m 20 yea
rs old female.stil m having
pimples on m face.recently a doc suggested me to have tufacne 20mg..m having it from last 2 weeks.i can
see slight positive results bt the problm is that a new one gets emerged on m face afta evry new day

Hi,

As you said you have acne vulgaris. It may be inflammatory or comedonal. It may be multifactorial disese. There may be genetic tendency. Your skin may be oily. Avoid certain factors like stress,anxiety,tension,sun esposure,dandruff.oily food, acne inducing drugs like steroid..etc minocycline 50 mg in morning and isotretinoin 10 mg at night for long time or till good result may be taken. Apply clindamycine gel on lesion at night. Antiseptic face wash like acmed may be used to cleanse the face. You may be alright after few months. I hope you got my answer.
