Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples with oily skin on face which is very common due to hormonal change. Pimples on the skin occur mainly in the teenagers, due to various hormonal imbalances, stress, poor hygiene as it is formed due to clogged facial pores that get infected with bacteria. I would suggest you to apply cream rich in Azelaic acid or Kojic acid and apply twice daily. It will lighten pigmentation on skin. Apply Adapelene gel once at night Use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30, it will prevent further skin pigmentation. You can go for home remedy as well. Apply mashed potatoes on these pigments. It will resolve. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil to lighten the pigments. You can visit dermatologist once and can go for chemical peeling or micro abrasion if your symptoms keeps on persisting. Take supplements rich in vitamin C.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
