Suggest Treatment For Pimples

Hi, sir i 'm using betnovate n but just few days back someone told me to leave this? So, m not using it on my skin from last 1 week but my skin is irritating me & i got so many pimples also. Wht to do now?please tell me what kind of treatment i have to do?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain betnovate contains steroid Betamethasone and long term use of steroid can cause steroid dependence and as you suddenly stop using steroid there can be withdrawal effects like inflammation and itching of skin, pigmentation and pimples..
You should however not restart the use of cream again and just keep patience as gradually the skin will start improving..
As of now do cool compresses over the face..
Apply aloevera gel for lubrication and avoid all kinds of skin cosmetics..
You can apply benzoyl peroxide containing ointments to reduce pimples..
I case if the condition still worsen you can consult a dermatologist and he can advise you oral antibiotics, retinoids and also topical application of antibiotic ointments and retinoids containing ointments..
