Suggest Treatment For Placental Abruption During Pregnancy

Hi I was diagnosed with venus placenta lakes largest one was 4.3x1.0 at my left lateral placenta my report also stated possible partial placenta abruption I m currently on bedrest and waiting for an appointment for a perientologist. Can you shed any light on what this is and if I should worry about my child s health I m scared half to death and have had little to no answers.
