Hi sir , My age is 23 now.m suffering from planter facities from past 3.5 years .been to lots of doctors n physio therapist .but the problem remains the same i face sevre pain in night and cant sleep n not able to walk .i been taking pain killers for past 3 years .presently taking EZACT 120 every 3 rd day to reduce pain .what solution do i have n how much damage this pain killers gonna cz me
It is advisable to wear low heel shoe to maintain centre of gravity of whole body. Shoe/footwear should be with soft sole. You can use silicon pad insoles.
If no relief with this line of treatment then local injection shot can give pain relief for longer duration. Last modality is minimally invasive surgery to release inflamed tissue.
