Suggest Treatment For Pneumonia , Heart Palpitations And Sepsis

I have a friend who has been battling pneumonia and also had sepsis in December. In January, he had low calcium, low potassium, and low magnesium. His blood pressure now has been varying and heart rate keeps elevating, even in the morning when he first awakes. He is using his CPAP every night.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your friend's situation and problem.
In my opinion your friend is still having sepsis.
Because electrolyte disturbance, hypotension, tachycardia and palpitations are suggestive of sepsis only.
So better to consult doctor and get done blood culture and sensitivity report.
Blood culture is needed to identify the causative organism and sensitivity is needed to guide appropriate antibiotic treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wishing good health to your friend.
Thanks.
