Suggest Treatment For Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

iam 30.has pcod. My period cycle is irregular taking homeopathy to regularise my period. But no effect. My LMP is on 3rd nov 2014. Now I took regestrone 10 mg 5 tablets for 5 days frm 5 jan 2015 to 9th.
still now I didnt get my periods. I hav to attend a wedding on 25th.
Please advise me wht to do to have my periods now. Or any thing to postpone it until after marriage

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Polycystic ovarian syndrome is associated with irregular menstrual cycle. Withdrawal bleeding usually occurs within7-10 days of stopping the Regestrone. If you are not willing to have your periods now, then you should continue taking Regestrone till the periods are not desired.
Lifestyle changes and weight loss are the first line treatment for polycystic ovarian disease.
