Suggest Treatment For Polycystic Ovaries

Hello Long story short Age 33 now I concieved one son, normal conception and delivery but was delayed 2 years Now he seven and i never concieved since I tried 6 IUI s but discovered that one tube was partially blocked and the other is completely blocked I also have Polycystic ovaries, and severe pain around the ovaries Also I was diagnosed with hydrosalpinx in the left tube and I had it closed with a clip surgically and its better since I had 3 laparoscopies and 2 hystroscopies ( ovarian drilling ,removal of tubal adhesions, correction of uterine septum, endometrial scratch and tubal block lt side ) Then went through 5 IVF s with 2 doctors ...all went through hyperstimulation 3 of them I have concieved but had very early abortion happens in 15-20 days ( 2 times fresh and one frozen ) i transfered 3 emberios each cycle Now Im confused weather I should go again with IVF or do something for the pain... If I was to go for IVF ,whats your recommendations / tips Thank you

Need to find out the cause of pain. If Hydrosalpinx is creating problem then it may be better to get it remove than clipping. Other causes need to be confirmed. How was the quality of embryo? Last option is surrogacy if embryo is good.
