Suggest Treatment For Polyps In Episiotomy Stitches

Dear Doctor,

I m 27yr old. I had a normal deliveyr before 3 1/2 months. Had 2nd degree tear. After my 6th weekly check up my gyn. said stiches were healed.But i still had discomfort while sitting and urinating.I went to another doc. after 15 days. She said stiches cudnt connect peoperly and there are polyps. SHe did quarterisation. After that again 12th day i got some more polyps again she removed.It has been 4 times i have got that treatment done but every 10-12 day polyps come out. Its very traumatic for me and my family to have this surgery every 10th day. My Gyn. says it ll keep on coming due to the gap between stiches and will have to cut them as and when they appear.

Doctor pls suggest me some proper and permanant solution for this problem,cause i m not able to enjoy my motherhood because of this problem.still after doing this 4times i can see some polyps coming outfrom the vagina.

I will be greatfull if u look at my problem and give an advice on this problem.
