Suggest Treatment For Poor Motility And Quality Of Sperms
Hi,
My wife and I were trying to conceive, after a few months of trial nothing happened, so we went to do a check up to make sure of everything, my SFA test results showed worrying results,
only 8% were of normal shape and around 70% abnormal , I had zero % of Grade A and B for sperm motility and around 30% of Grade C and 10% of Grade D, A being the fast rapid swimmers.
I got very worried about this and I did some readings on the net, some articles say this can be improved through a different life style, like losing excess weight, and keeping my BMI within the healthy range, quitting smoking, healthy diet and taking supplements for a period, which my dr already prescribed for me, an antioxidants and other supplement l-carnitine
My question is, can the motility and quality be improved? Or this is a permanent issue? What can I do beside the above to help improve them?
