Suggest Treatment For Possible GI Bleeding, Black Specks In Stool, Mild Abdominal Pain, Constipation, And Fatigue, Despite Having Anxiety?

Hi, I am showing some symptoms of GI bleeding since this morning but I m also prone to anxiety and perhaps I may be blowing the symptoms out of proportion. This morning my stool was normal with black specks that rose to the top. I read that these coffee ground-like stools can be a sign of GI bleeding but most of the stools I saw as examples contained much more coffee-like material than mine. Other than this, I ve had minor abdominal pain, constipation and fatigue. Should I visit a doctor? I don t have insurance
