Suggest Treatment For Possible Oncoming Fever After A Tick Bite

I have been at the Cliffs of the Neuse in Goldsboro North Carolina with my son and my dog and I just realized I had a tick on a area I don t want to describe but you can imagine comma I pulled it off and I noticed under a magnifying glass it had a white spot on his back which it is very small for a tick and I have looked at ticks online and it looks like the Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever I m very concerned can you tell me what I need to do
