Suggest Treatment For Post Ablation Syndrome
i have post ablation syndrome, my gyno put me on provera 2x 10mg a day i have just changed over from Yaz 3 days ago (which stopped my periods) now i am bleeding again which i dont want i'm 52 and wanting a hysterectomy do i need to up my dose to stop the bleeding, i dont want to lose my hair or grow facial hair though ! ,,Jan

postablation syndrome has 8-33% incidence following endometrial ablation. it occur due to persistence of cornual endometrium. the permanent solution is to go for hysterectomy. for symptomatic relief, dose of provera can be increased to twice a day.
