In my opinion you need to discuss with your primary care Doctor about Postural Hypotension, a condition when blood pressure lowers when you stand up from laying or sitting.
You need to measure your blood pressure in laying and standing position.
Postural Hypotension is diagnosed when there is about 20 mmHg change in blood pressure between two positions.
