Hi there, I have understood your concern.. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all all do not panic.

2 ) As you are already on Implant contraceptive and also had your periods recently, chances of getting pregnant are almost nil.

3 ) Your symptoms can be due to progesterone hormone in the implant.
I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars. Use Folic acid, Vitamin B 12 and Omega 3 supplements on daily basis.

4 ) For your symptoms please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for getting anti emetics and antacids, like Ondencetron and Ranitidine.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar.
