Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation, Anxiety And Performance Worry
I am a 26 yr old male and I do not have an issue getting an erection, but after many times with my fiance chastising me for not lasting long enough or coming too early, it has casued me to have a great deal of anxiety and performance worries. She has said a few times I am not giving her what she needs and that it isn t fair I get to come but she doesn t.....now even the tought of sex with her makes me so anxious....what can I do?
If she is not getting orgasm then let her come first by fingering. Only after she comes you should go for penetrative sex. Sometimes, women take long to orgasm because of the physiological(hormonal factors, medication) or psychological (negative first sexual experience, low self esteem, psychological trauma) factors. Get her treated.
You should consult a GP for premature ejaculation & get clinically examined. Treatment will include topical anesthetics, medications, counseling, behavioral techniques & pause squeeze technique. Use condoms so that it can delay premature ejaculation. Your treating doctor will give you anti depressants & anti anxiety medications if needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
Regards,
