my age is 29, 165 cm , 70 Kg ,operated for Hypospendis hi, my wife has seprated me as she told me that i can not satisfy her. actually my pennis is become tight but during intercourse it is discharged. fluid come out very quickely and i can not control that. i have already operted by hypospendis operation in child hood. she has argued that i am weak and due to operation i am not capable. please advise that penis is become tight is itself clear that i am capable. please advise

*Premature ejaculation have several causes apart form Pschological cause
*Get a urologist opinion first and make sure that you do not have any sex organ(urinary tact...) related problem.
* if normal take your wife to a Psychiatriist and discuss your psychological issues and interpersnal problems with with the speacialist
*With his counselling,He will teach you on SQUEEZE TECHNIQUE. IF required he may prescribe Psychotropics .
* And you will feel better with he above suggestions
