Consistency of semen depends upon factors like period of sexual abstinence, age and intensity of sexual stimulation. The amount of ejaculate decreases during subsequent ejaculations when there are repetitive acts. Just imagine that you are emptying a glass of milk. Initially there will be highest flow and amount but later, at the end there will be trickling of milk from edge of glass.
Color, consistency and quantity have nothing to do with virility or sexual satisfaction of an individual. Neither do they have any relation to the partner's satisfaction.
After vasectomy, sperms disappear gradually from semen. It has nothing to do with sexual performance, satisfaction or force of ejaculation.
