whenever i hear a talk about sex or i think about a female .i feel a drop is moving in panis/cock .due to this i feel tired whole day,my body is getting weak .this problem is to me from last one year. i am also taking medicines for this problem but cant get any relief. sir i also wants to know this problems name.please do answer fast as soon as possible

when ever you hear a talk about sex or think about girls, feel drop moving in penis which is normal completely.
it is the same situation like when you see a food which you like most and your salivation starts in sex also when you think about girl, secretion started from penis which is useful for lubrication during sex. so not to worry about it and don't take any medication for it.
