As you revealed that you are being treated for Panic Disorder and at the same time you are self medicating with a psycho stimulating drug Adderal for a self diagnosed mental illness. Firstly I should educate you a little about psychiatric diagnosis. If diagnosing a mental illness would have been so easy then every person would have diagnose himself/herself with a psychiatric illness of own choice. It is not so, kindly leave this job to experts in the field. Please don t ever think of starting or changing a dose of the medicine yourself. Secondly the drug Adderal is a kind of strong psycho-stimulant drug with great abuse potential and serious side effect. It produces in mind a false sense of well being and increased confidence for a short period of time. The initial effects of this drug is so pleasuring that person wants to repeatedly use it to have the same experience again & again and finally gets addicted to it. If a person can’t get the drug, he/she may have withdrawal discomfort in the form of restlessness, anxiety, sadness, lethargy, generalized weakness, inability to enjoy pleasurable things, depression and suicidal ideation. Persons abusing this drug are also known to have panic attacks frequently. Usually abuser use this drug before going for sexual activity (for heighten their pleasure). Hence they often experience the episodes of panic attack at the time of sex soon after taking the drug. Apparently you are experiencing the same symptoms. I humbly request you to have belief in your physician and get treated for panic disorder. Also honestly told them that you have been abusing Adderal and seriously want to get rid of this nasty habit forming drug. Thirdly I humbly take this opportunity to tell you that the drug Paroxetine and pexcep CR are the same and treatment of panic disorder can take care of premature ejaculation also.
