Causes for premature ejaculation is anxiety. Other causes like diabetes or depression or electrolyte imbalance or infection etc. So first you have to check the where the problem is.
In case of anxiety related issues tab efil 10 mg one hour before bed may useful with caution.
If you're diabetic or on cardiac drugs means it is contra indicated. If no improvement please consult with your sexologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
