hi avinash,,,.. i have understood your concern...
premature ejaculation can be treated by behavioral methods and as wellas by drugs also..
but i ll suggest u to try behavioral methods first...i can not explain the methods here, so ii am just suggesting the names of methods, u can search on net and learn. it is easy to understand and perform during the intercourse, but keep in mind that i will not effect from the first day..u have to practice it regularly and after few performances u ll find the benefit..
the techniques are:
1. squeeze technique
2. start and stop technique
3. interruption method..
apart from this, u shud avoid thinking about your bad sexual performances, otherwise it will produce anxiety and
depression and further worsen your premature ejaculation..
now coming to the drug therapy:
the SSRI
antidepressant medications produce delayed ejaculation as a side effect, so they are used therapeutically in premature ejaculation. u can take any one of these antidepressants..
paroxetine 12.5 mg at night increase to 25 mg at night after 15 days..or
fluoxetine 20 mg in the morning after breakfast..or
sertraline 50 mg at night increase to 100mg after 15 days..
u have to take this meds for long duration on a regular basis, u ll find its effects only after 15 days..
another treatment strategy is new drugs like
dapoxetine [sustinex 30 mg] u can take this drug half an hour before the sex..it will help in delaying ejaculation...it shud be taken as and when required..
i hope u ll find this advice helpful.. best luck
