my age 56 years, my partner age 54, she is going to menapause period , I have mild hypertension had been treated with metprolol 50mg. dly. I also have premature ejeculation , what is the solution to overcome my problem?

It is safe to use aloe vera gel as a lubricant for sexual intercourse. But ensure that the gel does not contain any other chemicals which may sometimes cause allergic reactions.
Regarding your other problem of premature ejaculation, to increase the ejaculation time, you can try practicing certain exercises like Kegel's exercises or techniques like the Masters and Johnson technique. Alternatively, there are medication available like Dapoxetine which can help delay ejaculation time.
