Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

sir, while i see porn movies, fluid starts coming may be it is erection......and i can't control erection for a long time.. may be that means i have premature ejaculation..
sir, i usually control masturbating for long time. but sir 3-4 days ago when i masturbated in night and then slept, the next morning i was not comfortable. there was an automatic feeling of masturbating again. and there is discomfort in my testicle. i then masturbated a couple of days ago i view to avoid it...but again after that a sensation of masturbation is arising everytime and still there is discomfort in my testicle....
this problem is the same right now as well......plz tell me what has happened and guide appropriate measures....
