Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
The clear (water-coloured) fluid discharge which you have before having sex is called preseminal fluid. This is not semen and it is normal to have a few drops of preseminal fluid discharge when the person is sexually aroused, even before having sexual intercourse. This does not cause any weakness to the penis or any other sexual problems. So, you don't have to worry about this.
To increase the ejaculation time, you can try practicing certain exercises like Kegel's exercises or techniques like the Masters and Johnson technique. Alternatively, there are medication available which can help delay ejaculation time.
You have also mentioned that your penis was too 'weak' to allow penetration. This could be suggestive of
erectile dysfunction. This could be due to different reasons - both medical and psychological. But in a young person, it is almost always due to psychological causes like performance
anxiety. So, I would suggest that you
consult a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management of your problem.
Wish you all the best.
