Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

My husband felt pre-ejaculate during intercourse without protection. He doesn't usually feel it, so does that mean that it was more substantial? Being completely honest I didn't feel anything, and there was no wetness after. If he hadn't of said "oops" I would have been none the wiser.

Long story short, I don't know how "high" a risk this is? Or whether it was just a "sensation" on his part.
