Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Hi...im 29 year old and about to marry jn a years time. Im facing premature ejaculation problem badly. I heard alot about swarna bhasma. Is it really helpfull for pre mature wjaculation md for sex problems. Please advise doses for this nd help me so tht i can over come from this problem.

hi dear,
how you comes to know that you have premature ejaculation?
as without sex it is not possible to tell that you have such problem.
sometimes when marriage is near and so under marriage stress and for the first time exposure to sex cause premature ejaculation and it is completely normal.
not to worry about it and don't take any medication.
sometimes as you think that you have such complain then your mind thinks about that and such premature ejaculation occur.
do your marriage and you don't have any problem in your marriage life.
even if you have tension go and consult psychiatrist for sex counselling .
